There won’t be any more “blessing up” at this address. Although the house was never on the open market, property records reveal DJ Khaled has sold his Los Angeles mansion for $12.5 million, an impressive $2.6 million profit over what he paid for the French Chateau-style place back in late 2016, when it was sold by English pop star Robbie Williams for $9.9 million.
