The best players in the world are bound for South Carolina to compete in the second men’s major championship of the golf season.
Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s Ocean Course plays host this week for the 103rd PGA Championship. This is the second time the course will host a major championship following the 2012 PGA Championship, won by Rory McIlroy. It also hosted the 1991 Ryder Cup, known as the “War on the Shore.” The Ocean Course plays as a par 72 and measures out to 7,849 yards.
