Following the inking of his $85 million contract in Chi-Town, NBA player DeMar DeRozan closed on this 10,179 sq. ft. in-town residence. The Chicago Bulls shooting guard spent $4.5 million on the stone-clad, six-bedroom mansion.

According to The Chicago Tribune, DeRozan purchased it from Juanita Vanoy — ex-wife of NBA legend Michael Jordan — who took a small loss on it as she paid $4.72 million for it around fourteen years ago. At the time, Ms. Vanoy’s purchased price represented a near-record for a freestanding single-family residence in Chicago.
