Before I get into the details, I cannot neglect the adventurous history of the Skylark Golf & Country Club (previous name: Quinn Dell). Just Develop It Limited (JDI; a global investment company based in Hampshire, UK) acquired the club in 2013.
JDI invested:
a new pro-shop and sports bar, along with improvements made to the gym and spa facilities.turned it to a premier wedding and event venue on the South Coast. Hosting 140-150 weddings per year.
JDI sold its entire issued share capital of Skylark Golf & Country Club Limited (750 members) to the Time GB Group after 7 years in May 2021.
